Ceramic wafer:  A wafer for each side of the module (and maybe a few extra since they are fragile) should be purchased to provide electrical isolation.  The module surface is electrically conductive and can’t be used against a metal heat exchanger. Grease: To attach the wafers to each side of the module and for optimal efficiency, thermal grease should be used in all thermal interfaces (i.e. ceramic wafers).
